Our core business is the mine.

Hard-rock mining on licences we hold and operate ourselves: we sink the shaft, hoist the ore and handle it to the stockpile, with our own crews, our own winder and our own machines. Everything else on this site grew out of it.

  1. The shaft goes down first; then the levels are driven out to reach the ore body.

  2. The winder, the headframe and the rope: every load of ore comes up the shaft in the bucket.

  3. Ore broken in the stope is hoisted, tipped at the collar and stockpiled where it can be tracked.

  4. Compressors, receivers and lines that keep air and water where the crews need them.

  5. How the ground will be restored is planned before it is opened, not after the work is finished.

Satellite survey & AI targeting

We do not drill on a hunch.

  1. 01Acquire

    Multispectral and radar imagery over the whole licence: every hectare, not a sample of it.

  2. 02Detect

    Our own machine-learning models map alteration and structure band by band, and score and rank every cell of the ground.

  3. 03Verify

    Crews walk the highest-ranked ground and sample it. Nothing is drilled on a screen alone.

  4. 04Model

    Samples and drill holes build the model of the ground, and the model decides where the equipment goes.
