When we bring a project to a partner it arrives with the complete dataset: all sampling, all assays, all QA/QC, and the targets we tested and discounted along with the reasons.
This is not modesty. A generator who shows only supporting intervals is transferring their own uncertainty to the buyer at full price, and every experienced counterparty knows it, so the disclosure shortens diligence rather than lengthening it.
Structures are conventional: earn-in against a spending commitment, joint venture with contributed assets, or outright sale with a retained royalty by negotiation. We have no house structure we push everybody into.
A holding structure is only worth its administrative cost if the group can actually be read as a whole. Ours can, monthly.
